Delete your account

You can delete your Dead Road Survivors account and everything saved with it at any time.

In the game

Open Dead Road Survivors.
Tap your portrait in the top left of the home screen to open PROFILE.
Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then tap it again to confirm.

By email

If you no longer have the game installed, email support@deadroadsurvivors.com from any address with the subject “Delete my account” and your player ID if you have it (shown on the PROFILE card). We'll confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your player account and ID, and any linked Sign in with Apple or Game Center connection
Your cloud save: Player Level, Scrap, Road Coins, everything you own, upgrades, camp, achievements and collection
The progress saved on that phone (the game starts again as a new guest)

Weekly leaderboards reset every Monday. To have your name taken off the all-time leaderboards straight away, email us as above.

Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone, including Road Coins you bought. Purchase records that Apple or Google keep for their own accounting aren't held by us; ask them directly about those.
